In the final weeks of its equity crowdfunding campaign on BacktoWork, Locare, the startup that solves the problems of bureaucracy and delinquency in rentals, continues to bring home confirmations and results. After an agreement with Airbnb Italy for a pilot project on transient rentals, the Paduan startup led by Andrea Napoli welcomes within its team two important figures of the Italian and international managerial scene, able to bring a great propulsive thrust to the business of the startup.
Tino Cennamo – entrepreneur with a curriculum of the highest level and positions of great responsibility in Apple, Walt Disney, Sony Bmg, Siae and Rai – joins the advisory board of Locare, convinced by the goodness of the project: Locare, in fact, Locare is not only business, but also a social project, because by protecting the rents, protects one of the main assets of Italians: the house.
Also Fabio Salviato, founder and, until recently, President of Banca Etica, got on board Locare. The founder of Banca Etica has seen in Locare a project characterized by services able to adapt to people, according to a model of ethical and sustainable finance that puts people at the center: Salviato has therefore willingly accepted the invitation to enter the advisory board of Locare, with the intent to give his support to an ethical sustainability of the rental market as a whole.
It is therefore a period of great confirmations for Locare, which just in the last few days – as also recalled by the weekly Corriere della Sera dedicated to Economy and Finance – has been selected among the 65 Italian startups incubated by Techinnova and accelerated by the Innogrow program to participate in the incubation and acceleration program of Skolkovo Foundation. Locare’s internationalization path stems from the agreements signed between Techinnova and the operators of Skolkovo, the most important Russian incubator and one of the largest in Europe – responsible also for the Russian Skolkovo Innovation Center, a highly specialized scientific and technological center focused on the development and commercialization of advanced technologies.
